Job Title: Engineer - Mechanical

Description:

Air-Weigh is a growing, dynamic technology company that designs and manufactures electronic systems for the commercial transportation industry. We develop products that are used in vehicles all over the world. Our on-vehicle systems typically include sensors monitored by modules located on both the truck and the trailer, coupled to an in-dash display. Our components are housed in small packages, designed for the rugged transportation environment. Products include plastic injection molded, die cast, sheet metal and formed steel parts.

We are adding a project engineering position to design, develop, and sustain products, and to support product release and manufacturing. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and schedule management skills, with the ability to drive tasks and projects to completion with limited supervision. We require strong background in electronics packaging, plastic molding, process documentation, and assembly drawings, with at least five years related experience. Desirable additional skills include component overmolding, commercial vehicle electronics packaging, FEA, GD&T, ISO 9000, and SolidWorks.

Job Title: Customer Support Field Engineer

Description:

Excellent opportunity in our growing, dynamic technology company for a highly motivated, technically oriented Customer Service professional. Position will train and support office staff, mechanics, and drivers on the installation and operation of our on-board digital scales at fleet locations nationwide.

Requires strong communication skills with a positive can-do attitude, the ability to teach and train others, and a technical background with a desire to help customers succeed. Must have MS Office skills, and ability to learn PC customer service software. Previous experience with electronics and vehicles a plus.

Job Title: International Manager

Description:

Position is responsible for management of sales and support activities for dealers and Master Distributors in all parts of the world. Requires strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written correspondence skills, ability to understand product requirements and needs of the customer and to communicate those requirements and needs to the organization, and the ability to work with decision makers and managers of our international partners. Reporting to the president, the ideal candidate will be capable of multiple roles: sales engineer, contract manager, sales manager, and customer support manager. Must be proficient with MS Office. Self-starter with a positive attitude, professional communication style, good listening and rapport building skills, excellent follow-up skills, and experience in working in a fast paced technical environment required. Some international travel required.


Job Title: Program Manager

Description:

Position is responsible for program management of all aspects of a major customer program. The Air-Weigh program manager is the focal point for the management and execution of a customer program. The successful candidate will participate with and direct other company personnel in a matrix environment to meet customer needs. He/she will approve program plans, track performance, maintain communication with the customer and partners (including OEMs) and assure that risks are identified and managed. Requires strong project management skills, excellent verbal and written correspondence skills, ability to understand product requirements and needs of the customer and to communicate those requirements and needs to the organization. Must be proficient with MS Office.
